How will the purchase price of the apartment be paid?
The purchase price is paid in installments according to the contractually agreed payment schedule:
- 20% within 14 days of signing the contract,
- 40% upon completion of the shell construction,
- 30% upon completion of the construction,
- 10% within 14 days of handover of the apartment.
How is the annual return calculated?

What return can I expect?
The investment generates passive income. All administration, maintenance, and leasing is handled by Mövenpick’s professional hotel management, so you receive your return without any worries. The amount of profit depends on the occupancy and performance of the hotel. The property value appreciation is approximately 8%. Reflecting the positive trend in the property market, sales in Q3 2025 were up 15% year on year.
How exactly does investing in a hotel room/apartment work?
The apartment is in your full personal ownership. This means it is a real property that belongs to you long-term and whose value may appreciate over time.
How often will I receive my profits?
Operating profits are paid out regularly, usually once a year. A transparent revenue distribution system gives you a stable overview of your investment.
Can I sell my apartment at any time?
Yes, the apartment is your property and you can sell it at any time. Thanks to its attractive location and the reputation of the Mövenpick brand, it retains high liquidity and long-term value.
Do I have to take care of the management and operation of the apartment?
All management and operations are handled by the professional Mövenpick team, so you simply receive your share of the profit.
Can I ever use my apartment myself?
Yes. Each year, you can use your apartment for personal recreation for up to twenty nights, for example, ten days in the summer and ten days in the winter. Your investment thus combines with the opportunity to relax in the unique environment of the Beskydy Mountains.
How can I use the 20 nights of accommodation?
- The 20 nights work as a hotel voucher
- They are valid for any available apartment within the resort
- You can use them personally or allow your friends to use them
- This is not permanent use of an apartment, but an investment benefit
If you wish to stay specifically in your apartment, a reservation must be made at least 3 months in advance.
How are nights calculated if I use multiple apartments?
- The 20 nights are calculated per apartment per night, not per number of guests
- If you use more than one apartment at the same time (for example, for friends or family), the corresponding number of nights is deducted for each apartment used
Example:
- 3 people in 1 apartment for 3 nights = 3 nights
- 6 people in 2 apartments for 3 nights = 6 nights
